NabNow currently operates an initial Houston Metro pilot in Fulshear and Katy only. Availability depends on verified merchant participation, scheduled capacity, geographic eligibility, and each offer's expiry.

A Capacity Drop claim is not payment. Consumers pay merchants directly. Claims expire at the time displayed in the app, and unredeemed inventory returns to the drop automatically.

Merchants must accurately honor approved offers and may redeem only valid claim codes belonging to their business. NabNow may suspend accounts or cancel offers to protect users and the integrity of the marketplace.
